Quick Copy - $7/item, including copy and delivery
Use this when you know the details - name, date, and place - and you only want a copy of an item. For example:
- Obituary and you know the name, date, and place
- Death record and you know the name, date, and place
- NOTE: Copies of records available solely at the Courthouse will also be assessed County Clerk or other County Office fees, as charged by the County.
Bull's-Eye Search - $15/item, includes copy and delivery
This is a limited search. Use this when you need only a particular item searched for and you don't know the date or all the details.
Here we are zeroing in on one event for one person, but the indexes must be searched to find the date and then the appropriate liber found to see and copy your ancestor's record. You don't want to expand your search or locate additional ancestors - you just want the event found and copied. For example:
- Death of ancestor in Muskegon County - you know the name, but you don't know the exact date.
- Marriage of ancestor in Muskegon County - you know at least one ancestor's name, but you don't know the name of the other spouse or the date
- NOTE: Copies of records available solely at the Courthouse will also be assessed County Clerk or other County Office fees, as charged by the County.
Deep Research - $25/hour, plus copies and delivery at cost (4 hours minimum)
You need an in-depth general search of the family to round out the information you have. Use this if you are starting out, or are getting serious about completing the family tree, or are stumped and want to go further with your research. You will provide what information you have so far, and you want Jane to investigate the family thoroughly.
Your genealogy researcher offers suggestions for future research or performs research on your behalf, based on a comprehensive study of your family.

Consultation - $25/hour, 1-hr. minimum
You like to do the research yourself but you are starting out or are experienced but at an impasse. Find out what to do next, where to look, where to focus your genealogy research.

- Gather a Family Group Sheet for your ancestor family
- Arrange 15 minute consultation
- Download Order Sheet
- Authorize the Order and Submit Payment by Fax or Mail
- Include Family Group Sheets and Pedigree Chart with Order
Policies
- Payment must be received before work begins.
- Every effort will be made to find materials relevant to your request.
- All time spent in searching will be billed, including negative results.
- We track down deceased ancestors and courthouse documents - no skip trace, no adoptions.
